Griffin Head was established in 1992 by Creath Guillot, leaving a career in architecture to focus on residential development.

We initially focused on renovating Craftsmen bungalows for resale
in the Clarendon neighborhood
of Arlington.

We have built or renovated more
than 45 homes to date.
 

Currently we are developing new homes in the Clarendon area. 

We believe thoughtful design, quality construction and detailing, and a sensitivity and respect to a home’s immediate environment are crucial to a successful project.

We are not production builders.
We take great pride in
the fact that we have never built
the same home twice and
that each project is unique.
